We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and reflective Training and Knowledge Manager to lead the entire life cycle of our capacity-building initiatives. You will design, manage, and execute the delivery strategy for all workshops, ensuring content quality, effective facilitation, and the successful conversion of training into organizational knowledge. Job Type: Full Time (Temporal) Duration: 3 Months (November 2025 to January 2026)

Core Roles and Responsibilities

The core function of this role is to lead the design, content, and delivery strategy for all capacity-building workshops and ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization and its partners. Your responsibilities will span technical training, partnership management, and internal knowledge stewardship: I. Training Design and Delivery (Activity 2)
    • Content and Facilitation Oversight: Oversee the recruitment and technical selection of the 04 Training Facilitators (Sub-Activity 2.1).
    • Manage the facilitators' engagement, content adaptation, and delivery strategy across the five core capacity areas.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all training content and methodologies are feminist-aligned, trauma-informed, and accessible to all participants.
    • Workshop Logistics Input: Liaise with the Logistics Officer to ensure the physical environment (venue, materials) supports an optimal and inclusive learning experience.
II. Partnership and Engagement (Activity 2)
  • Strategic Partnership: Lead the engagement process and manage the documentation (Memorandum of Understanding - MOU) with the 02 women's rights and 01 youth-led organizations (Sub-Activity 2.1) and other stakeholders and related partner ministries for the organisation when necessary.
  • Partner Coordination: Serve as the primary technical liaison with partner organizations to align training needs, participation, and knowledge sharing objectives.
III. Monitoring, Learning, and Reporting (Activity 4)
  • Learning Content Development: Co-lead the development of the Module of Project Achievements and design the structure/agenda for the Project Monitoring and Learning (M&L) session (Sub-Activity 4.1, 4.2).
  • Reporting Input: Provide technical content on training delivery, participant outcomes, and lessons learned for inclusion in the Final Report (Sub-Activity 4.3).
  • Routine Reporting: Develop and submit detailed activity reports weekly and monthly to the Project Coordinator, focusing on training progress, key milestones achieved, and learning insights.
IV. Internal Roles and Knowledge Stewardship
  • Internal Capacity: Conduct internal skills gap assessments across the organization to inform future training needs and professional development planning.
  • Knowledge Management System: Establish and maintain a centralized, accessible repository for all training materials, pictures, reports, best practice tools, and learning documents generated by the project and share this with the Executive Director and Project Coordinator.
  • Policy Integration: Ensure that new organizational policies developed under the project (HR, Safeguarding, Financial) are accurately and practically integrated into internal training modules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Facilitator Management: Experience in recruiting, technically selecting, and managing external training facilitators and technical experts.

Core Function and Key Responsibilities

The core function is overall management, leadership, and successful delivery of the project, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring alignment with the project title and goals, budget, and partnership terms. Your responsibilities will be directly aligned with strategic and operational needs I. Project Planning, Implementation, and Team Leadership
  • Strategic Coordination & Supervision: Coordinate the implementation of all project activities based on the relevant project documents, providing necessary supervision and guidance to all project staff (HR/Admin, Logistics, MEL, Finance, Training  and Knowledge officer).
  • Work-Plan Development: Implement the Developed comprehensive/detailed project work-plans that include all project activities, clearly defining roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders and setting corresponding milestones.
  • Activity Design and Validation: Develop Activity Terms of Reference (TORs), engage for validation with Coordination, and plan necessary field missions, ensuring all activities are ethical and context-appropriate.
  • Risk Management: Manage and monitor project risks initially identified, submitting information on new risks and possible mitigating measures to the Programs Coordinator in a timely manner.
II. Technical Oversight of Key Project Activities
  • Policy Development (Activity 1): Oversee consultant recruitment (Act 1.2, 1.3), monitor the 2-month policy development timeline, and ensure the final HR, Safeguarding, and Financial policies meet the feminist-aligned standard required by GGF.
  • Training & Capacity Building (Activity 2): Lead the strategy for facilitator and partnership engagement (Sub-Activity 2.1). Provide final approval on training content and ensure workshops cover all five core areas with an intersectional lens.
  • Strategic Planning (Activity 3): Lead the consultant contracting (Sub-Activity 3.1) and ensure the 3-day retreat (Sub-Activity 3.2) effectively leads to the creation of the final 3-year/5-year strategic plan and operational plan (Sub-Activity 3.3).
III. Financial Management and Reporting
  • Monitoring Progress: Monitor the progress of implementation of project activities and key event schedules, consistently observing the work-plans and set deadlines.
  • Budget and Overhead Management (Activity 6): Manage the overall project budget, approve all overhead expenditure, and ensure the efficient and ethical use of office utilities and communications.
  • Reporting and Accountability (Activity 4): Provide overall guidance for the M&L session design (Sub-Activity 4.1) and take final responsibility for the quality, content, and timely submission of the Final Report (Sub-Activity 4.3).
  • Compliance Reporting: Prepare project progress reports (progress against planned activities) and ensure timely submission of the reports to the Executive Director, strictly aligning to the project budget, workplan, and Partnership Agreement terms.

We are seeking an organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional to ensure the smooth, transparent, and ethical operation of our human resources and administrative functions, with a focus on our current project activities. This is a vital support role that contributes directly to the well-being and compliance of our entire team. Job Type: Full Time (Temporal) Duration: 3 Months (November 2025 to January 2026) The core function of this role is to oversee all human resources, general administration, and ensure project activities comply with internal policies, specifically championing the principles of our new HR policy (which prioritizes equity, psychological safety, and transparency). Your responsibilities will be directly aligned with our project needs:
  • Consultant and Staff Contract Management (Activities 1 & 3):
    • Lead the development and publicizing of the Call for Services for both the Policy and Strategic Planning Consultants (Act 1.1/3.1), ensuring an equitable and accessible selection process.
    • Compile and manage all necessary, accurate contracting files for all consultants and staff, upholding pay equity and transparency standards.
  • Participant and Staff Coordination (Activities 2 & 3):
    • Manage and track internal staff logistics, including attendance, leave, and schedules, ensuring compliance with labour laws and our well-being-focused HR policy.
    • Track participation numbers (15 internal staff and 5 external) for all workshops and the team retreat, supporting equitable access to professional development.
  • Overhead and Office Administration (Activity 6):
    • Manage day-to-day office administration, including tracking office utilities and external communications.
    • Serve as the primary support for all ongoing HR needs for project staff, including onboarding, offboarding, and administering benefits.
Reporting and Compliance:
  • Develop and submit detailed activity reports weekly and monthly to the Executive Director, ensuring accountability and clear communication of HR progress and challenges.

  • Administrative Excellence: Proven experience in office management, contract administration, and logistical coordination.
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with standard human resources processes, including recruitment, contracting, compliance, and staff support. Experience with or capacity to quickly learn compliance with local labour laws.
  • Transparency & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in document preparation (especially contracts and financial tracking) and a commitment to transparent communication.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High capacity for empathy, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive HR matters.

Core Function and Key Responsibilities

The core function of this role is to manage all project funds, ensure compliance with financial policies, and maintain accurate financial records for all activities, prioritizing fraud prevention and high-quality reporting. Your responsibilities will be directly aligned with project and compliance needs:
  • Financial Governance and Compliance:
    • Ensure strict compliance with:
      • AWDF (African Women's Development Fund) Guidelines and the specific Partnership Agreement financial clauses.
      • International best practices in NGO financial management and accounting.
      • Cameroon finance laws and procedures (where applicable).
      • GGF's newly adopted Financial Management Policy, championing transparent and equitable practices.
    • Actively implement measures to ensure no fraud or conflict of interest occurs, and maintain the highest quality financial records.
  • Contract and Consultant Payment Processing (Activities 1, 2, 3):
    • Process timely and accurate payments for all external consultants and facilitators (Act 1.2, 1.3, Sub-Activity 2.1, 3.1), ensuring adherence to contractual terms and internal pay equity standards.
    • Collaborate with the HR/Admin Officer to compile and reconcile all necessary contracting and payment files.
  • Logistics and Support Budget Management (Activities 2, 3):
    • Manage the budget and accurately process payments for all logistical costs, including hall rentals, accommodation, and catering/refreshment expenses (Sub-Activity 2.2, 2.3, 3.2).
  • Participant Support and Reimbursement (Activity 2):
    • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of Participant Inter-urban Transport Reimbursement for external partners (Sub-Activity 2.3), ensuring transparent and equitable disbursement.
  • Budget, Assets, and Overhead Management (Activities 5 & 6):
    • Oversee the financial aspects of Equipment Procurement (Activity 5), ensuring all purchases are budgeted, approved, and correctly recorded as assets.
    • Manage and track financial record-keeping for all Indirect Costs/Overhead (Activity 6).
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Develop and submit detailed activity reports weekly and monthly to the Project Coordinator and Executive Director, providing accurate budget vs. actuals analysis and risk alerts.
