Gracious Gifters! Promoting the Welfare of All
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and reflective MEL Officer to design and implement a robust framework that tracks progress, captures impact, and facilitates knowledge sharing (Learning). This role ensures the project meets its goals while continuously integrating feminist principles into its measurement and accountability systems.
Job Type: Full Time (Temporal)
Duration: 3 Months (November 2025 to January 2026)
Core Function and Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be directly aligned with project and organizational needs:
- MEL System Design (MEAL Standards Alignment):
- Lead the development and finalization of the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, Logical Framework (LogFrame), and Indicator Performance Tracker, ensuring all are based on feminist principles (e.g., participatory, context-specific, power-aware) aligning with the project focus, and MEL framework designed.
- Establish clear data collection protocols that prioritize ethical data management and respect the confidentiality and agency of participants.
- Training Evaluation (Activity 2):
- Design and administer participatory feedback tools to measure the effectiveness, utility, and feminist alignment of the capacity-building workshops, focusing on meaningful change rather than just attendance.
- Learning and Feedback Mechanisms (Activity 4):
- Lead the development of the Project Feedback Tool and the Project Best Practice Tool (Sub-Activity 4.1), prioritizing accessible and inclusive methodologies.
- Co-facilitate the Project Monitoring and Learning session (Sub-Activity 4.2), and lead the capture, synthesis, and intersectional analysis of all session data to inform real-time adjustments.
- Reporting and Documentation (Activity 4):
- Lead the comprehensive documentation, analysis, and feminist formatting of all monitoring and learning data into the Final Report (Sub-Activity 4.3).
- Develop and submit detailed activity reports weekly and monthly to the Project Coordinator, clearly communicating data trends, learning insights, and recommendations for adaptation.
